Fear is at the root of every emotional and spiritual challenge your are facing. Anger, jealousy, depression, frustration, impatience, apathy, guilt all start by YOU cultivating the feelings of being afraid. Fear is the opposite of clarity and faith (assuredness).
Do NOTHING in your life which cultivates fear! Some examples of fearful behavior include dwelling on negative fantasies, conversation rehearsal, compulsive worrying, watching horror movies, binge watching the news and anything used as an escape (substances/sex/food) etc. The more afraid you are the more delusional your perspective of reality will be.
