Do You Know Who You Are?

Most people don't!


Writing a statement I wish to program into my subconscious is one of my favorite ways to really focus and program myself with the things I desire to believe. Those things I want to make part of my base program and react from a place of love and compassion.


Many times during meditation I will repeat internally (inhale) "I am not this body" (exhale) "nor am I this mind". Then (Inhale) "I am life itself" (exhale) "I am loving awareness".


WOW that feels great!
